What is The National Fitness Campaign Fitness Court®?
The NFC Fitness Court is a 7 movement, full body work out for all ages and abilities, featuring over 2,000 sq. ft. of fitness infrastructure for core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility, and bend movements.
Where is The Fitness Court be located?
The NFC Fitness Court is located at the York Recreation Complex, 74 4th Street, which is already integrated with pedestrian infrastructure and conveniently located near the York Bike Trail.
Why is the Fitness Court essential to the City of York?
The Fitness Court offers the community access to a FREE facility that promotes health and wellness. Currently, there is only one other city in South Carolina that has a Fitness Court.
