The City of York is seeking a qualified engineer/consultant to conduct its city-wide Water and Sewer Study. The Study will involve inventory, field surveys, data collection, rate studies, financial analyses, GIS mapping, and reporting on the condition of York's water and sewer systems. This project will be funded in part by the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority. As such, federal and state funding requirements will apply.
