About Us 

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for administering billing and customer account services for the City of York’s water, sewer, and trash utilities. Our office staff of four serves approximately 5,000 customers each month by managing utility accounts, processing payments, and addressing billing-related questions. While we do not perform field services such as leaks or sewer backups, we work closely with other City of York departments to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable billing for our community. If we do not have the answer for you, we will find the correct representative for you who will have an answer.
